The Pétillant Naturel made from Zweigelt grapes is full of strawberries, raspberries and roses. Every sip is fresh and alive. Feels like the weekend. Even on a Monday. On the palate, the rosé is very dry with a subtle perlage.
Pet Nat - What is it?
"Pétillant Naturel" is French and means nothing more than "naturally tingling". This is the most original way of producing sparkling wine. The fermenting young wine is bottled without adding sugar or sulfites in order to ferment to the end in the bottle. The independence of the yeast makes every single bottle unique.
It is best to store it in the refrigerator before enjoying it, then it has the ideal drinking temperature (10-12 degrees Celsius).
